Pre-Club

Stages 8-10

At World of Swimming, our Pre-Club programme bridges the gap between Learn to Swim lessons and competitive club swimming. Designed for children who have completed Stages 1–7, these sessions focus on building the stamina, technique, and confidence needed to thrive in a club environment. Swimmers will refine their strokes, develop key skills like diving and turns, and gain experience of training sets, all in a safe, structured, and supportive setting.

Our aim is to prepare swimmers to take their next steps into competitive swimming, triathlon, or other aquatic sports with confidence.
