Swim Stage Seven focuses on refining technique, building endurance, and demonstrating versatility across all four strokes. Swimmers perform 25 metres of backstroke, front crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly to Swim England standards, and complete longer swims of 50 metres (single stroke) and 100 metres (using at least three strokes). Key water skills include treading water using eggbeater, diving, sculling, floating, and rotation. Learners also complete a group movement sequence, an obstacle course, and swim a minimum of 800 metres, showcasing confidence, coordination, and stamina in the water.
