Children in a swimming lesson

Duckling 2

Duckling Stage 2 helps young children become more confident and independent in the water. With minimal or no adult support, they learn to enter the water safely, travel short distances using arms and legs, and move along the poolside. Children practise submerging their face, blowing objects across the water, and rotating in the water using a buoyancy aid. They also continue to develop safe exit and recovery skills, building a strong foundation for future swimming stages.
