Swim Stage 4

Swim Stage 4 focuses on refining technique and introducing more advanced aquatic skills. Swimmers develop an understanding of floating through shape-changing sequences and practise streamlined push-offs toward the pool floor. They learn to kick 10 metres using backstroke, front crawl, butterfly, and breaststroke (with optional equipment). The stage also introduces sculling, coordinated log rolls between front and back, and swimming 10 metres using a stroke of choice, promoting stroke versatility and water confidence.
