World of Swimming is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Level 2 Swimming Instructor to join our friendly London team, teaching across two fantastic locations: Vanessa Nursery School and Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School. Our mission is simple: to teach the world to swim. Every week, over 2,000 swimmers learn with us across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and London, supported by more than 100 passionate instructors. Guided by our values — Safe, Fun, Progress — we ensure every swimmer develops confidence, skill and enjoyment in the water.
Role Overview
World of Swimming is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified Level 2 Swimming Instructor to join our friendly London team, teaching across two fantastic locations: Vanessa Nursery School and Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee School. What We’re Looking For
- ASA Level 2 / STA Award & Certificate (or international equivalent)
- Strong, confident communication skills and a warm, professional approach
- Excellent swimming ability and current knowledge of teaching best practices
- A lifesaving qualification (preferred — training can be provided)
- A genuine passion for helping children learn, progress and thrive in small group settings
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging and progressive swimming lessons for all levels, from beginners to competitive swimmers
- Plan and deliver structured, enjoyable sessions
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring swimmers and families feel welcomed and supported
- Track attendance and weekly progress using CoursePro
- Represent World of Swimming positively, upholding our values and high teaching standards
What We Offer:
- £30 per hour + 5.6 weeks holiday pay
